I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience providing individual and group therapy. My areas of expertise include recovery after trauma/PTSD, sexual assault, coping with difficult life events and stressors, depression, anxiety, OCD, chronic pain, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive BehavioralTherapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

I believe the foundation for therapy is deep understanding of your experience as well as a strong therapeutic relationship. From our first meeting, I will work to gain your trust so you feel comfortable and safe exploring the challenges in your life. I focus on thoroughly understanding and validating who you are, your history, and your experience. Additionally, my approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy and tailored uniquely to each individual client. I see therapy as a collaborative process, beginning with supporting clients in identifying their personal goals and discovering the life they most want to live. We will work together to understand what is currently getting in the way of achieving those goals and then integrate evidence-based treatments, strategies, and skills to move you towards that life you envision for yourself. Overall, I am committed to helping you overcome and cope with the challenges in your life, find a path out of suffering, build resilience, and discover a more meaningful life connected to your values and strengths.
